I believe in the ray of light
that percolates through the blocking veil
and lightens the darkest well..
I believe in the sunny hill and the cheerful valley..
that lies ahead this dark alley..
I believe in the sweet song that will
float around after this baneful gloom
I believe in my playful mind
which will pull me up and make me smile...
I believe in life which lets me live this moment of calm...
